Hello,  my company just signed up and once we get a couple of forms built we will be migrating to the paid plan.  My question, however, is on sub-users.

One of our associates has built forms before on adobe's form central.  I would like to add him as a sub-user to our account and want to know if the following is possible:

    1. Can he import his form central forms into his sub-account?

    2. Can I then clone those forms and edit them in our main account?

    3. Can some (not all) of the forms in our main account NOT be viewable by him?  We have different brokers and want to have some general forms in our main account, but then also some individual forms for each that each sub-user would not need to see.

    Thanks,

    Mike Rockouski

    Hi,

Let me go ahead and run down your questions in order:

    1. Can he import his form central forms into his sub-account?

Yes, he can indeed import Adobe Forms Centrall forms to his JotForm account as long as it is registered.  Being a sub-user of another account will not prevent him from importing them.

    2. Can I then clone those forms and edit them in our main account?

Yes, you can clone them to your account or if you want, we can simply move the imported forms to your account.

    3. Can some (not all) of the forms in our main account NOT be viewable by him?  We have different brokers and want to have some general forms in our main account, but then also some individual forms for each that each sub-user would not need to see.

Yes, you can change the permissions setting on a per form basis.  While sharing forms:

You can choose to either share all your forms, or select which ones you would like to share individually:
