How to send an confirmation email to the person who filled out the form

    Hello Team,

    Our form is located here:

    It used to be that when the user filled out the field which asks: "Opened By Email Address

    The form would send a confirmation email to the email address listed in that field as well as

    the form submission distribution group.


    I have looked at the conditions manager and cannot find where to fix this.

    Or is the setting under customer Thank you?

    Please help!

    There is no need to create a condition, because the field is required, so it has to be filled by the user:
