How to send Email Notification based on selection inside of my form

We have nine board members in our neighborhood organization and instead of listing their individual emails on the website, we would like to a contact form that would allow a user to contact one specific board member using the board members email. Possibly a drop down box listing the board members and have the form programed to send the message to that board member only. 

Inside of your form you can set conditional logic to send Email Notification based on selection inside of your form. For example you can add dropdown fields inside of your form with names of your board members and then set conditional log to send email Notification to specific email address based on a selection.
