Form Suspended after changing language to ArabicAsked by majidoman on June 26, 2015 at 07:40 AM
My forms were suspended and reactivated due using of Arabic language. Again after following the guideline
please advise urgently !
Our phishing system has noticed that you are using Arabic language on the English Jotform. What does this mean? This means that you should create a jotform in the English language and then translate it to the Arabic and set Arabic as default.
I have activated your account at this time, but you will need to follow these steps or your account will get disabled again soon.
I've mentioned already that the steps given already configured but
it I had the same issue and as you have mentioned it will get disabled again :)
Sorry for the trouble this has caused you. The automated phishing system flagged your form even though you have completed the steps in the workaround. We are continuing to work on improving this system for the future.
