Formulário de Estatísticas

Por favor, gostaria de saber se é possível criar um formulário de estatísticas, ou seja, para saber quantos formulários foram gerados de um determinado formulário.

I do not understand your question, exactly what you are referring to when saying, "criar um formulário de estatísticas, ou seja, para saber quantos formulários foram gerados de um determinado formulário", are you referring to how many submissions you have gotten with certain form?

If this is the case, you are able to add to your forms a Submissions Counter widget. Please do as follows:

1 - The following illustration is  from one of my testing forms: from the widgets tools section drag and drop Submissions Counter:

After that, everytime a user submits the form this will be counted:
