Clone Form and Submissions

Is there a way to clone and form and the submissions so that we can have a copy of the original form? We plan to use the original copy so that applicants can submit additional information without having to re-enter all the information they previously sent.

I tried using the upload feature to a form I clone but it's hard mapping the fields so I was hoping there was a way to just simply clone both the form and the submissions together.

There is not currently a way to clone your submissions data along with the form.  The only method we have to do so is through the aforementioned import feature:

Since that form is in a different account, that may be the problem.  We do not have a video tutorial but the steps outlined in this guide should be enough:

Since the form you referenced is in another users account, you would need to first clone the form to your account.  Then, once the form is cloned to your account, you would need to download a copy of the data to a CSV file.  Then you would setup the headers and such for the import. 

If you try to import the data to a form that is not in your account, the tool most likely won't allow it. 

We are quite busy today but if things slow down, I will be happy to help you get the spreadsheet headers setup.
