Hi, I am on the free subscription, but I have not yet received 100 submissions - only 21. One of my customers let me know that she received this message just now:

Form over quota. This form has passed it's allocated quota and cannot be used at the moment.

I'm afraid that my customers are not going to be able to access this form, but I have no way of knowing if only some or all of them are now receiving this error message. please help!

I took a look at your website Sara and the form and it seems to be functioning properly. Based on the error above however, I can tell you that the issue was with the form limits. You might have set the form to get disabled after reaching the certain number of submissions which would cause it to behave like that.

Now while I was checking the form, I did notice that your website has a conflicting code on it and that your jotform is not actually working properly each and every time when a page is opened.

What I would suggest is to replace that code with the iframe embed code, which will be free of those issues.

You can see here how to get the jotform iFrame Code.

Do let us know however if by some chance the issue presents itself again, or if you have any further questions and we would be happy to assist with them.
