How can I show empty fields on the PDF export?

    Thanks for your reply, but that is not exactly what I need. For example, I have a field on this form that is not required called HSAH Account Number.

    If I submit the form and do not enter a value, I see the header and an empty text field for this question in the form and the email, but the attached PDF does not display the form label, so it basically omits the question completely from the PDF (not the email). I tried these settings and that showed our intro text, but not the blank form HSAH Account Number field. 

    I *kind of* solved the problem by putting an "_" in each field that is not required so that there is an answer for every question, but that appends an underscore to the answer if the user does not delete it

    OK, I understand.

    What you should actually do is to make a simple change to what was shown in the guide and change it to match the following screenshot:

    As you can see the "Auto Hide Empty Fields" is not selected - making it show the empty fields as well.

    This will also not require _ (underscore) to be used as a default value.
