I dont see my forms

    I can see my form on my web paige but I don't see it in my jotform account

    I see two forms in your account namely:

    HappyFeet Registration 

    Legends Soccer Academy 

    They are in your my forms page. If these are not the forms you are referring, let us know the website URL where you have embedded the form so we can trace it here.
