    Hi there,

I would like to create a list of questions that you have to check if they are true or false and have a total number of 'true' answers displayed underneath.

    check mark (true) = 1 / check mark (false) = 0

    Question 1 = true (1)

    Question 2 = false (0)

    Question 3 = false (0)

    Question 4 = true (1)

Count number of true check marks: 2

    Is this possible?

    Many thanks!

As I check your JotForm, it seems that the Checklist widget has been used. Unfortunately, we cannot assign the calculation values to the widget at the moment. However, it is possible to assign the calculation values to the normal checkboxes field. Please refer to the following guide that can help you in assigning calculation values to checkboxes.

    http://www.jotform.com/help/301-How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value

Please take a look at the following demo form with the calculation field.

Please feel free to clone this JotForm to your account to see how it works. Hope this information helps. Please get back to us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.

    Thanks!!
