form not actually responsive need help fixing it

i selected it to be responsive in designer yet it is not actually responsive can you please tell me what i am doing wrong in my css or set up?

Also, add the Mobile Responsive Widget to the form.

I applied this on a test form http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51811316540951? and the form is responsive on mobile browser.
