I assume you are referring to the Paypal Payment integration, is that correct? We are using API that securely redirects your user to the secured payment gateway of Paypal.
To make sure that the payment will be sent to the correct email, you need to correctly add the email address in the payment integration wizard.
You can also try submitting the form, you'll see that you will be redirected to the Paypal payment gateway, you'll see in the upper part your email address to where the payment will be sent.
You can also try making a test payment and see if it shows the correct Paypal account.
