Email notifications are not being delivered to other email addresses, only to the first one

    Good afternoon, I was talking with someone last week and trying to get my issue resolved but I am still having issues. my forms are not emailing the submissions to the email addresses. it will me but no one else. I cant seem to figure out why. I need to get this fix asap. Can you please help. in case my phone is 844-800-5777 x 404

    I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing any issue with our system Aurora, but as you already have a thread in regards to this, please only reply to that thread.

    That will allow us to see what was already done and recommended and will speed up the resolution of the problem.

    Thank you, I did not realize I could still get to the other one when I put the new one in. When I realized I did enter the question into that submission. Sorry the confusion. Aurora
