We have been having trouble accessing and saving Jot Form these last few days. It is not our internet connection, because we are not having speed issues on other sites. Are you aware this is an issue?

We have not received reports about it from other users, what kind of browser are you using to edit forms? We recommend to use either Chrome or Firefox for form editing.
Please let us know should the problem persist.
