    Unable to receive notification emails

    I edited all my forms to send me a notification everytime a form is sent but i am not receiving this notificaion email with the responces.

    I just checked my mail server and added jotform.com at the white list and checked the span box but there are no mensages there.

    Can you check it pls

    I did a test submission to your form and submitted it. It appeared on the mail logs that the notification was sent successfully on your email address. You can use this guide if you want to know how to check your form email history.

    Your email is not in the bounce list. I can see that the notification is configured correctly. I will clear your form cache so your forms will be refreshed from our servers.

    Does your email client have a web based email? If so, can you please check if you will receive it on the webmail.

    Please check if there are any spam filters on your email program/client.  Please try to add the JotMail IP, domain and mailservers on your white list.

    You can also try using Mandrill so you can use your own email address. Please refer tp this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/236-How-to-use-Mandrill-to-Send-Emails-From-Your-Own-Email-Address
