Limits on submissions and payments

    I am new to this, and I do not understand what type of submissions I'm being limited on? Is it the submissions from the applicants who fill out the form?

     

    Also, if this is supposed to be free, who's making payments?

    Hi,

    When someone fills out one of your forms and completes a submission, that counts towards your submission total.  For free accounts, you can receive up to 100 regular submissions per month to your account.  This is the total for all your forms combined.  Submissions that do not have any payments processed and do not use SSL will be counted as regular submissions.

    If you need to collect a payment along with the submission or need to use SSL based transmission of your data, these will count as payment/SSL submissions.  Of which Free accounts are limited to 10 per month.

    People who need to collect more than 100 regular or 10 payment/SSL submission from their users per month need to upgrade in order to receive more than that amount:
