On my CT3 Parking Violation template ... it has been working fine, but now when you press submit, it tells you that the form is closed?
What do I need to do?

I have cloned your form and I was able to submit it. Could you try to check if there are limits set for your submissions:
When you erase its value it should show, "Click to edit".

Thank you so much. I really appreciate the support that all of you give to your customers and I'm grateful to be one of your customers.
I did check my submissions and it is set for unlimited. Shortly after I wrote to you, I tinkered around with the thank you's and made a change, then, it did not show that message.One small question, though - I used to be able to setup a custom "thank you message" and then, after 5 seconds it would re-direct to another web-site, or in my case, the same blank form; is this still possible?
