We are not able to access forms over a secure (HTTPS) protocolAsked by clearview22 on July 06, 2015 at 05:45 PM
I am not able to access my form via https. My website adds https: to the jot form url. I get an unable to connect page when trying to access https://form.jotformpro.com/form/50884849921974.
The reason why it does not load is because you are using a wrong subdomain.
You should change your form URLs to hold both https at the start and secure as their subdomain, like so: https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/50884849921974
The link above should open your form right away for you.
This is done to prevent anyone from simply always submitting over a secure link instead of a regular link - abusing you submission counters.
The easiest way to get the right URL every time, no matter which embedding code you use, would be to simply check out the steps in this guide: Get embed code for Secure Form
Of course do let us know if there is anything else that we can assist you with and we would be happy to do so.
