I tried to DOWNGRADE to free last month, but have just had another subscription payment taken out of my account!

    I tried to DOWNGRADE to free last month, but have just had another subscription payment taken out of my account! I have just logged in and downgraded again (going through the 2-step process including giving a reason for cancelling/downgrading), can you PLEASE confirm that my account is now free, as it STILL says it is a Premium account, and I can't remove my credit card.

    Please let me know asap,
