It appears my account was auto-suspended.  It is working now. It is very difficult to use your product if I'm autosuspended right away.   Here is response from my other post:

Apologies for the inconvenience. Upon checking your account, it seems like our anti-Phishing system autosuspended your account, this usually happens when the forms violated our Terms of use, please check that page to learn more.

I've checked your forms and I don't see any violations on it, although, I believe the reason why you were autosuspended was because one of your forms does not have a proper titled, you have a form named "Untitled Form", that may have caused the problem. Please rename your forms.

I have reactivated your account and the forms should be accessible again.

    My reply:

I removed the blank form.  I understand the need for an anti-phishing system, however as a new user of your product, it discourages me to use your product if a blank form is enough to autosuspend my account without explanation, especially during my initial evaluation of your service.

Please accept our apologies for the inconveniences caused.

We have whitelisted your current form. Also, your account should be fine as long as you do not create forms to collect logins/passwords. The blank forms might be also considered as suspicious by our filter in some cases. At any rate, our developers are working on the improvements on this subject.

Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.
