Can't get Images to Download

When I try to download the images from my form it's not working. I select "download as uploads," I see that it's collecting the data, and then I get the error message "Downloading submissions between 0 and 1000 failed." 

I need to get all of the images that have been uploaded by applicants to our form either downloaded to my computer or transferred to another platform such as Dropbox. Right now I'm having to download the images one at a time, and it's way too time consuming. Help please! 

I have cleared you account cache, kindly try the download as uploads again.

Another alternative is to download the submissions in an excel file then copy the image links to a download application such as flashget or free download manager.

You can integrate to dropbox or google drive from the integrations section

Currently integrating to the above platforms wont copy the existing images there so use the excel option for the submitted data, any new submissions will have a copy of the files saved to dropbox/google drive
