According to my testing, our International_Telephone_Picker widget seems to be compatible with Apple devices.
Here is a screenshot of this widget on iPad Air:
And here is from iPhone 6 Plus:
This is how your website should appear on iPhone 6 Plus:
It seems that the widget is functioning properly. Can you please let us know how it is failing for you, as well as possibly a screenshot of the issue. I would also advise you to please try on another device, it may be a problem with a particular Apple device you are testing on. Clearing the browser cache on your device might help.

Please try re-embedding your form again. If the widget is still not working properly, try our iframe embed method:
http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
You are currently using our source codes method and iframe is best to use.
Thanks

I checked the direct form (http://www.jotform.com/form/51883833590464) in an iPad mini and the widget is showing and working properly. I got the same screenshot as Boris.
I can see that the issue only appears when the form is embedded on your webpage. I understand that you already tried re-embedding the form using the Iframe method. However, we need to investigate the webpage where the form is embedded.
I tried this link that you shared (http://goyalco.com/campaigns/feedback-alanoville/form-alanoville.html) but I did not see the form there. Can you please share the link of the webpage where the form is embedded?
Thank you.

I checked that webpage on the iPad mini, I can see that the widget is working properly. It is possible that the issue is within your browser, network or device. Please try the following:
1. Restart or power cycle the device.
2. Clear your browser cache or clear information.
3. Allow Javascript in Safari.
4. Try connecting to a wifi network and not on a mobile data.
Hope this helps. Thank you.

Hi,
Is there any internet bandwidth required.
We have tried across different I pads, wonder its appearing the same.
When I remove the telephone picker widget, form works fine.
Let me know what to do.

Hi Srinivas,
I don't think so. I'm sure an MB is enough to load the form and the widget flags. I think we need to know the logs in your browser.
If you are using MAC, please download this app: https://developer.apple.com/xcode/ to view the logs from your iPad. If you are using a PC, please download this app: http://download.cnet.com/iTools/3000-18546_4-75629761.html.
Also, were you able to see the flags using Android device? Or, a PC or Mac? Let us know.
For now, I think the best way would be to change the widget to our Phone Number field and let your users fill the country codes.
Thanks
