    Hello tcahn,

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you just want to just create a hyperlink in your form which will link to a google document?

You can add a "Text" field in your form and add the hyperlink. Please check the screenshot below on how to add hyperlink in form:

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you meant to ask something else.

    Thank you!

    Hi tcahn,

If you are referring to the Edit mode of the form, yes you can do this. You can update your form and add a Text field to add your link as suggested by my colleague. You can edit your form by following the instructions provided in the screenshot below.

Then follow the instructions provided by my colleague to add the link to your form. If you are referring to something else, kindly give us more information so we can further check the issue.

Do let us know if you need further assistance.

    Regards.

It just doesn’t really work. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I am having quite a difficult time editing my forms that I imported from FormsCentral. I’m not sure if JotForm is just not as user friendly, or what. When I try to edit anything, why is it that you don’t see anything on the screen how it will be laid out on the form?
