User's cannot "submit" the form anymore. For some reason the link is no longer working. I even tried it myself and it stopped.

I test submitted your jotform http://www.jotformpro.com/form/51676598243972 and so far it was successful. See screens below during my test submission
the Thank You page shows after successful submission.
I did noticed during my test that the submit button lingers a bit with "Please wait..." message, but after about 3secs it submitted successfully.
Can you please check again. Perhaps there was temporary glitch during the time you tested it.
Let us know if the issue is persistent already.

Our sincere apologies. I was able to reproduce the problem on Chrome. The form won't submit when clicking on the submit button.
After my thorough investigation, I believe this is due to the updates made on the inventory widget. There are also lots of fixes and improvement on this widget. It seems yours are outdated. When you add new inventory widget to your form, you will see new more options than the old one. I hate to say this but unfortunately to resolve this, you have to re-add all the inventory widgets on your form specially those that are not hidden by conditions.
If you don't want to make changes on the live form, you can clone your form and do the changes on the cloned form.

So I decided to remove the inventory widgets and replace it with a regular dropdown list. The form still will not submit.

I have tested your form inside of Chrome and I was not able to submit the form. Submit button was not working.
I think that Form Tabs widget is causing this issue. I was able to submit my cloned form when I change Allow navigation without validation to No inside of Form Tabs widget.
