I have checked the status of the account you used on this post and found out that you are on a Premium Subscription. It also shows that you made your subscription through PayPal.
If you are pertaining to this account, you can cancel your subscription by following the instruction below.
1. Login to your Paypal Account
2. Find the latest payment you have made to JotForm
3. Click the subscription number for that transaction
4. Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button.
