I need to cancel my subscription to jotform

    I signed up for a year subscription to Jotform, and have decided to close down our vendor show.  So we no longer will be using your service.   Is  it possible to a a pro-rated refund?

    Hello Robinlg,

    Upon checking your account, I found that you have taken advantage of our "End of year sale" offer which gives your 50% off. 

    If you cancel your subscription mid way, the pro-rated refund will be calculated based on the regular premium plan pricing. As you have already used the premium subscription for 6 months, there is no refund possible: (6 months * $9.95 = $59.7).

    If you want we can cancel your subscription so that you are not billed automatically again.

    Yes, please go ahead and cancel my subscription so that I will not be automatically billed again.I enjoyed the service you offered, but I no longer need it.Thank you. Robin Goss

    No problem, I've gone ahead and cancelled your subscription for you per your request and you will not be billed again.

    Your account subscription will run its course until roughly 1/14/16 then our system will automatically downgrade your account.
