How to add 'Add to cart' button to my form?

    I would like the form below to have an "add to cart" button, and customers be able to view the cart before entering there personal information and clicking a submit button. Possible? Thx

    Unfortunately there is not "Add to cart" option. But, you can have a quantity field on your form and it can calculate the total the user must pay.

    If you want that your users are able to preview data that they have entered inside of your form than you can add Preview Before Submit widget inside of your form.
