What if I receive more submissions than my plan allows?

    If our forms exceed the allowed number of submissions, what happen to the excess submissions? Are they rejected? Hidden behind a paywall? Can I have my account automatically upgrade ONLY if it exceeds the limit?

    When your account reaches the submission limit,  it will not be possible to submit your forms, this message will appear:What if I receive more submissions than my plan allows? Image 1 Screenshot 20

    In this point, you will have to wait until the submission counter resets on the first of the following month, or upgrade to a plan that best suites your submissions limit need.

    No, the account will not automatically be upgraded only if it exceed the limit, you need to do the upgrade, here is a guide to help you do it: http://www.jotform.com/help/331-How-to-upgrade-my-account
