Features of Free Starter Plan

I have a quick question about the features and usage limits for the Free / Starter Plan.

I see that you are given 100 submissions per month of an online form.

How do the limits for the SSL submissions and receiving payments work?  The Free plan say you get 10.  Is this 10 per month?  Or, once you reach 10 total you would need to upgrade to get more, even in another month.

You can receive up to 100 submission, or 10 SSL submission, or 10 Payment submissions per month in your account, meaning any of the limits can be reached through one form only, or as a total from many forms in your account.

Your will not be able to receive more submission in your account whenever one of the limits is reached first. You will need to wait until the first of the following month for the counter to reset, or upgrade to a paid plan that best suits your needs.
