Desde ontem estou tendo grandes problemas para usá-la e agora, preciso dela. Quero satisfação da JotForm o mais breve possível!

The reason why you can not access your account Rafael is because it was disabled by our anti-phishing system.
The reason why this happened is because:
1. you are asking for hotmail email (but we can help with this) and
2. that your form is not set to have any language
To fix this I have set your account temporarily to enabled, but you should set the default language to your form as soon as possible, otherwise it will be disabled once again.
