We are not receiving e-mail submissions to our @readyat.com addresses. Can you help us find out why.  This is very important to our business process on a daily basis.

    Thanks!

The reason why that was happening is that you did not add an space after the comma. I've fixed that little inconvenient, please let us know if the problem continues.

This is still not working. We’ve tired over the last couple of days.

    Hi,

To confirm, you are not receiving email notifications to your email addresses @readyat.com? I've checked your form URL you shared above and I see there's one recipient address, which is j***der@readyat.com. Did you change it to that?

If you're unable to receive email notifications from your forms that uses @readyat.com, it's possible that your email service provider is blocking our JotMail IP addresses and domain name servers. You might need to contact them and whitelist us, here's the list that needs to be whitelisted by them: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.

You might also need to check your spam or junk folders, the notifications might have been moved there.

Also, when testing notifications, make sure that you open your form, fill it out and click the submit button, in that way we can better test if everything is working fine. You can also check your form's email history by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History.

If you are still having problems on this, please do let us know and we'll investigate it further.

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

We just recently changed the submission address to j***der@readyat.com instead of multiple addresses to see if that would work. We have a plan B – interestingly enough I can receive them, and you’ve been whitelisted as well.
    Thanks for all the help!

I am glad to hear that you can receive your emails Chad, but if by some chance you have any troubles when you set it back to the multiple emails, do let us know and we would be happy to assist and help you resolve the issue.

I would only suggest taking a look at the following two guides:
