Our company name just changed so I would like to update the account name. I am not able to change it online. Is this something you can help me with?

We can indeed change your username for you. Let us know your top few choices in order of preference, in case your first choice is taken, and we will be happy to make the change if it is available.

TCI is already taken, but Theatrica is available.
Can you please confirm you want to change your username coolux to Theatrica.
We will change it once on your confirmation.
