Unable to receive responses to my issue

    Hello there, 

     

    I have sent 2 questions and not received a reply ... I asked that the reply be forwarded to foisydc@gmail.com 

     

    Last time, my answers came in 20 minutes... help!  thanks, Colette

    I can see that my colleague already answered your inquiries. We cannot send our responses to a different email address. The responses will be send to the email address associated on the user account.
