Viewing form information with custom labels?

I am not sure how to phrase this question, exactly, but I will do my best. I am sorry if this question has been answered on the user help guide, but I looked and could not find it.

Now, I have put together a form, and it seems to be working quite well. I can send someone a link to the form, and they can complete it, and I can view the results.

However, viewing the results can be a bit confusing. For example, here is how a certain page in the survey appears to clients:

But when I view the results of the survey, there are no labels for me to easily see which responses go with which question, and it can become somewhat confusing:

My question is: is there a way to change the labels that are shown to me when I view the survey results, without changing the way the form looks to my customers? For example, on each question, perhaps there is a way to have the customer see one thing, but then have Jotform display a different value for me when I look at the survey results?

Or perhaps there is a way to insert labels that will show up when I view the results, but not when my customers look at the survey?

Or perhaps there is another solution you can recommend?

    Thank you for your time!

Unfortunately, modifying or customizing the layout of the PDF output of the form's submissions data is not yet available at this time.

    user guide: -How-to-view-Submissions

I assume you used the Get PDF option in the submission viewer

There are other ways to view the submission data thought.

You can use Reports to view it on different mode instead.

Hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance on this.

    Thanks.
