I'm not receiving form submission email notifications

    I have the Jotform app installed on my iPhone but I would prefer the email notifications and for some reason I am not getting them.

    Hello Bnuismer,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    I did check your form "Appointment Request Form" and found that you have not added any email alert yet. Please check the screenshot below:


    Since your form do not have any email alert that is the reason why you are not receiving any submission emails.

    I would suggest you to go ahead and add a new email alert in your form. The following guide should help you how to add new email alert :  http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
