My form is not accepting payments when used from mobile device

    I have tested your form  on my Samsung Galaxy S4. After I submitted the form I got redirected to Paypal. 

    Did you maybe embedded your form to the website? If so can you please provide us URL of your website so that we can test your form there.

    Which mobile device are you using?

    Also, I'm using an iPhone 5. Since I posted this question, I have added the mobile response widget to my form and sent my social media manager a new embed code. ( she hasn't updated this yet).

    The form works fine via the web as I have already received some orders.

    From what I can see, your jotform is actually opened directly, by clicking on the Book now button in the top right corner.

    If that is the only way to do it, then there should not be any issues with the form over mobile devices, if it is however embedded on some page using some embed code, do give us the link to that exact page so that we can test it out and see what might be the issue.

    Do let us know however if the issue is only shown on iPhone 5 so that we can ask our colleagues working in iOS department to take a look at it as well.
