Hi, we have integrated stripe with ontraport via zapier but it doesnt read the email cause there are no customer emails in stripe for our customers. We get payments from clients via Jotform Integration. Id like to know how are we going to add an email from there. Please help. Thanks,

To my understanding, you have integrated your Form with Stripe. We do pass emails to Stripe. I'm just not sure how Zapier is passing the data to Ontraport from Stripe.
Can you provide us more details of the process you're having? Also, please give us the Form URL of the form you're working on so we may further check and test. We will wait for your response. Thank you.

We need to match email fields from stripe to ontraport so zapier can match them and run an integration. Ive asked stripe support and they gave an instruction to coordinate with jotform to add the email field in the credit card or payment section so it automatically creates a customer email id in stripe.

I think stripe will automatically capture the email field. However, on your form, it looks like you are using a regular textbox field. May I suggest to replace it with this email tool and see the difference.
If that doesn't help, try to set the email field on the stripe properties as the customer email field, this will work.
