My Jotform is not submitting information to my e-mail.

I am not receiving orders from the three order forms on my website, www.starbrightcreations.com.

I have also checked our email log and I saw that all submissions were sent successfully.

Also I have checked and your Email address is not on bounce list.

Please check spam, trash and bulk folders and if you find them there please mark them as not spam in order to not go into the folder any more.
