I have removed your other thread so that we can properly assist you on this one in regards to this issue, so I am adding the text that I saw on that other thread for completeness:

Seeing how one form is updated today while others are not, I presume that this form is the one that has this issue: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/51735226253957
Looking at it I see that you have quite a few email notifications set up, each seems to be for a single email only.
Please do check out the following guide: Send Notifications to Multiple Recipients
This will help you keep only the email notifications that you need and remove the ones that you do not. If needed, you can see here how to remove them: How to Delete Notifications/Autoresponder
Also, if you wish to get the link of the form, there are several ways to do it. The easiest one is to go to Embed Form wizard:
