I keep getting the message form is unavailable

    I revised an old form and created a new one and they both say they are unavailable when I send it in a link via email. It says the form is disabled even though I've enabled them both.

    Hi,

    This is is because your are creating multiple forms that ask for credit card information. Please take note that we do not allow users to create sensitive information like credit card information, bank details, log in credentials and the likes. This mimics a phishing form which is a violation of our Terms of Use. Our anti-Phishing system has autosuspended your account and disabled all of your forms.

    If you wish to reactivate your account, we will need to delete the forms that violated our Terms. And you will need to avoid creating similar forms. If you are asking payments to your user, we advise that you use our Payment Tools. Here are some guides that might help:
