Opening fillable PDF on mobile

we need to be able to us ethe form offline as we are finding that the clerks who use the form ar elsoing connection whilst onsite

can you advise on how the fillable form will work on a mobile device? can i save the forms to the device then submit them later back at base if multiple jobs are done in a single day?

Unfortunately Fillable PDF forms are not working on mobile devices. I consulted my colleagues and they told me that there is one program, but honestly I am not sure which, that works on IOS, but fillable PDF will not be fully functional on it.

Reason why fillable PDF forms are not working on mobile devices is because fillable PDF can only be filled and submitted when they are opened with Adobe Acrobat Reader or Foxit.
