Show sub-product even though product is not selected.

I am using the purchase order wizard.  When I preview the form the individual product options appear but when a user is completing a form these options/details do not show until a product is selected.

Is there a way to show the product options/details for each item.  I would like the customer to be able to compare their options without having to click on each product individually.

I will send a request to our second level to have the option to show the sub-products even though the product is not selected.
