Unable to receive email notifications

    I receive email notification when I do a test from jot forms but not when the form is filled on my site and

    one field is not show up in the form on my web site. It is called Web Site I want to capture the clients web address.

    Your email address is not in the bounce list.  I did a test submission on your form and I was able to see that it was sent successfully based on the mail logs. You can also view this submissions in the submissions page.

    It means that the email notification was sent to your email address. It is possible that there is an issue on your email provider. I checked your email notifications and I saw that it is configured properly.

    Please check your spam/junk folders. I would advise you to please check if there are any spam filters on your email program or email client. You can also try white-listing JotMail IP addresses.
