The recipient address in the email notifications will be used here. There is an email notificaiton on each submission right? So if the payment was not completed in 1 submission, the notification will not be sent. However, if you enable this option then even if the payment was not completed, it would still send the email notification.

I am unable to change the option that if someone fills out a form but doesn’t make a payment I still receive an e-mail. The explanation you send me before is not working for me . However, if you enable this option then even if the payment was not completed, it would still send the email notification.

We apologize for the confusion.
The option to send incomplete payment email is only available for the Standard Paypal account.
Since you are using Paypal Pro on your jotform http://www.jotformz.com/form/43588283452665 this option is not available.
What you may want to try as an alternative if you cannot use the Paypal basic account is the Authorization Method only.
