Form used on mobile device not working properly

    Hello,

    I am trying to use my form on a mobile device. I am selling a few products through using paypal and have that linked to the form. On a computer, I am able to fill out then submit the form and it takes me straight to paypal for payment. However, on a mobile device, it shows that it is linking to paypal, but nothing shows up. Any ideas on what I can do to fix this?

    What do you mean by nothing shows up? Does it mean the products do not show up, or that when redirected to Paypal page nothing shows up?

    I see you haven't enabled the responsive option. Please try enabling the responsive options as explained on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/322-How-To-Make-Mobile-Friendly-Forms-on-JotForm

    Also let us know what mobile device you are using, so we can further test.
