    Hi there

     

    Please cancell my subscription. I have been cancelling for the 2nd month still my credit card has been charged.

    And my account still on the subscription plan. Please reply.

    Again, the subscription is already cancelled, but you are still on the Premium plan because your last payment is not yet expired and it's up until July 30th. Your account will be automatically downgraded to the free plan after this date.
