the test email on your site works well, just not reflected don the site

Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately, I do not fully understand the issue that you are currently experiencing. Can you provide us with more information regarding your inquiry.
Whenever you use the test email option in your email notification, it is automatically send to the email address that is associated with your account and not the email address that has been entered into the email notification settings.
A test submissions will need to be done on the form to have the email notification send to the email address in the notification settings.

I have reviewed your email notification setup and I am currently seeing that there is no email address place in the recipient fields:
As such, when your form is being submitted the notification is not being sent to any address. You would need to add your email address to receive notifications.
