My account is messed up. I've recreated forms multiple times and one form will replace the other. After hours of trying I've had problem after problem. This isn't normal for jotform. Seems really unstable right now. If you can restore the forms that were removed from my account please do. I didn't remove them or change the name of the existing form. When creating a completely new form it would override another. This is a paid account and shouldn't have this kinda've limit...
Still Experiencing issues, for example I created a new form and another old form was removed from my forms. Its not in the trash or archive. Is there known chrome bugs or why is this happening? Please restore all the forms that have been removed out of my account randomly while creating new forms.
Are you saying that your forms were being automatically deleted?
I just checked your account rocketboy and it is Active and available.
There is no feature on the Form Builder that can automatically delete forms. There is for Disable form but its not deleted.
I checked the Trash fold of your My Forms page, I found 2 existing forms.
You can restore the deleted forms.
Please take note that the only reason those forms are on deleted folder was because they were intentionally deleted.
Let us know if this issue still remains.
No, I was recreating forms by cloning the form and giving it a new name. At some points old forms that were clones were removed. It does not make sense why they were removed. Nothing was done operation wise to remove the forms.
Thank you for explaining how a trash folder works and how a deleted file corresponds, this is not an issue. Also experienced issues working with the themes.
I'm sorry to hear that this has continued to be an issue on your end.
I've tried replicating this problem on my testing account separately but the cloned forms rename themselves as copies as it normally should and I am therefore currently unable to replicate the same issue as you.
I would like to try to investigate the issue further since you are saying it is still happening though.
Are you cloning through the Import Clone Form or are you Cloning via the Form URL?
If you'll allow it may we have your permission to do a 72 hour test of this with a test form or two from within your jotform account as separate form testing phase after it is cloned so we can then see if there are any of the said issues you are having? This would help us to inspect the issue more accurate and find out what is happening if anything.
