Is there a way to put a unique number to each submission?

We have requests coming in via JotForm.  They are integrated with a Google Sheet and that entry creates a record in a project management program.  The title of the request may change so we were wondering if we could affix a unique record number to each submission.  Is see a number field but there are no actions assigned to it.

I would recommend you to use our Unique ID widget for putting a unique number to each submission.
