I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. We have received an empty question form you with just the title as "my form won't save.". Do you mean to say that you are unable to save the changes you make to your form?
Can you please confirm if you do not see the changes when you click on the "Preview" button of your form editor? I would suggest you to please clear your browser cache and then try to edit your form again.
